New slopestyle competition
The Mont-Tremblant ski resort is hosting, from February 3 to 5, the Canadian Shield Tour. This new Canadian slopestyle competition will first be held in Mont-Tremblant (replacing this year the Coors Light - You Look Good Series), then in British Columbia, Ontario and Alberta. Participants will impress the spectators by performing various ski or snowboarding jumps, reaching different distances from one jump to the other. There is a minimum of three jumps in each run. Among other things, competitors will have to slide on ramps and jump over obstacles. TCS is awarding $80,000 in cash and $80,000 in prizes.
Super Demo Days
The Super Demo Days: February 11 and March 3, at the base of the south side. As always, you will be able to try different ski and snowboard models and compare them. Experts will also be on-site to give you some tips. Several items will be on sale at various shops in Tremblant on those dates, which can be advantageous for skiers and snowboarders who want to replace their equipment while saving money.
